The Tips
1. Only 1-3% of the population can sleep 5-6 hours without a performance drop-off. Get enough sleep to perform at your highest.
2. Disconnect for your health. Overwork can lead to: impaired sleep, depression, heavy drinking, diabetes, impaired memory and heart disease.
3. Take your required time off (nights and weekends). The results are you’ll be more productive.
