1. Encourage employees to drink lots of water. Supply water during meetings and
2. Create a wellness award for employees who are demonstrating active and healthy
3. Have walking meetings. Take a walking break and for bonus points bring a football
4. Bring in healthy snacks. Offer fresh fruit like bananas and apples for the break room.
