1. Reward and recognize your team members who consistently go above and beyond.
2. During 1 on 1’s discuss each team member’s share of workload.
3. For those unwilling to share the workload remind them that financial rewards and promotions may be at jeopardy due to their choices.
4. To the person struggling, offer training and support.
