You need three things to login: Your organization’s domain pre-fix, username and password.
Domain pre-fix
is used to help you access your organization's account within Culture Booster.
Not sure what your organization’s Domain Prefix is, or forgot it? Contact your Administrator or support@culturebooster.com.
Username
Your Username is your work email address unless your Administrator selected a different one.
Password
To login the first time, you must reset your password.
If your password is not working, you can reset your password.
Reset Password
Before resetting your password, ensure the correct domain prefix is in the web address.
Click the “Forgot Password?” in the “Enter your password” field.
Enter your work email address or the email address your Administrator selected.
A confirmation code will be sent to your work email address or the email address your Administrator selected.
Enter the “Confirmation code” in the “Confirmation code” field.
Enter your new password.
Enter your new password again to confirm your password.
Login with your work email address and new password.
Getting Back to Culture Booster
We all have ways that we like to organize the websites we frequently visit, and for some, that may be no organization at all. 😆 Here are some ways Culture Booster recommends saving your way back.
Install as an app
Requirements:
Browser: Chrome or Edge
Operating System: Windows 10/11 or Mac OS
Chrome
Navigate to Culture Booster
Click the 3 dots in the top right corner
Select More Tools → Create Shortcut
Select Open as window and click Create
Now you should have a shortcut to Culture Booster on your desktop
Edge
Navigate to Culture Booster
Click the 3 dots in the top right corner
Select Apps → Install this site as an app
Click Install
Now you should have a shortcut to Culture Booster on your desktop
Pinning to the task bar or no shortcut
Got to your search (windows + s / cmd + space) and look up Culture Booster
