How to reset your password on iPhone or iPad

If you’re using a iPhone or iPad to access Culture Booster you’ll need to use gestures to reset your password.

1. On the welcome page, click the “Forgot Password?” link.
2. Enter your work email address or the email address your Administrator set up.
3. Swipe up and access your work email inbox or the email inbox associated with your account.
4. Copy the confirmation code.
5. Swipe up and access the password reset page.
6. Enter the “Confirmation code” in the “Confirmation code” field.
7. Enter your new password.
8. Enter your new password again to confirm your password.
9. Login with your work email address and new password.
