I cannot remember my Username

Your username is your work email address or the email address your Administrator selected.

I cannot remember my Password

Before resetting your password, be sure the correct domain prefix is in the web address.

  1. Click the “Forgot Password?” in the “Enter your password” field.
  2. Enter your work email address or the email address your Administrator selected.
  3. A confirmation code will be sent to your work email address or the email address your Administrator selected.
  4. Enter the “Confirmation code” in the “Confirmation code” field.
  5. Enter your new password.
  6. Enter your new password again to confirm your password.
  7. Login with your work email address and new password.

I requested a confirmation code, and it has not arrived in my email inbox

  1. Check your junk, spam, or other filters in your email inbox. Google typically sends emails from Culture Booster to ‘Promotions.’
  2. Be sure that you’re entering the correct email address and checking for spelling.
  3. If you’re requesting a password reset to the correct email address, but it’s still not arriving, reach out to customer support.

I try logging in, and I get an Internal Service Error message

  • Be sure the correct domain prefix is in the web address.
  • Be sure you're using the correct email address.
  • Be sure you’re using the correct password.
