How to reset your password on Android

If you’re using an Android to access Culture Booster you’ll need to use gestures to reset your password.

1. On the Culture Booster welcome page, click the “Forgot Password?” link.
2. Enter your work email address or the email address your Administrator set up.
3. Navigate to your work email inbox or the email inbox associated with your account. Examples with Android might be:

         a. Navigating to your email app and back

              i. Click the home button on your phone

              ii. Navigate to your email app

               iii. Copy, write down, or memorize the code in the email you received

               iv. Navigate back to your browser where Culture Booster is open

               v. Enter the code

         b. Navigating to your email by notification screen

              i. Open your notifications, e.g. Swipe down from the top

              ii. Click the notification from your email app

              iii. Copy, write down, or memorize the code in the email you received

              iv. Navigate back to your browser where Culture Booster is open

              v. Enter the code

          c. Using a computer and your phone

              i. Keep the Culture Booster page open on your phone

              ii. Go to your computer and open your email associated with Culture Booster (likely your work email)

              iii. Type the code from the email on your computer into your phone

4. Copy the confirmation code.
5. Swipe up and access the password reset page.
6. Enter the “Confirmation code” in the “Confirmation code” field.
7. Enter your new password.
8. Enter your new password again to confirm your password.
9. Login with your work email address and new password.
