How to take a Survey

To get started

• You must login to take surveys
• If you haven’t logged in before, reset your password.

To access your survey

Culture Booster sends survey invitations in two ways: In-app notifications and emails.

In-App Notifications

• Login to your account
• If you haven’t logged in before, reset your password.
• Click the ‘notifications’ bell next to your name.
• Click the ‘You have a survey available’ link.

Email

• Click the ‘Begin Survey’ link
• If you haven’t logged in already, you’ll be prompted to login.
• If you haven’t logged in before, reset your password.
• Once you’re logged in, click the ‘notifications’ bell next to your name.
• Click the ‘You have a survey available’ link.

To take a survey

If for any reason, you are interrupted or need to exit the survey, our system will bring you back to where you left off.

• You must agree to the privacy and rules policies before you can begin.
• Our system automatically brings you to the next question when you select an answer.
• If you want to add comments to a given question, we recommend doing so before making your selection.
• If you make a selection but want to add a comment, use the back arrow to make your comment.
• When adding comments, we recommend you structure them in a useful way.
• You must complete all questions to submit your survey.
• If you try to submit a survey without completing all the questions, you’ll receive an error message letting you know which questions were missed.
